Key Responsibilities
The QC/QA Manager is responsible for developing quality plans, supervising inspection activities, reviewing technical documentation, and ensuring that every stage of work complies with approved standards. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with Welding QC, RTR QC, Piping QC, Instrument QC, and Batching Plant QC personnel to monitor construction quality, verify materials, inspect completed work, and prepare quality reports. The project also requires experienced Rigger Level III professionals to support lifting operations safely, NDT Supervisors and NDT Foremen to coordinate non-destructive testing activities, Hydro Technicians for piping pressure testing, Instrument Technicians for installation and maintenance of industrial instrumentation, and Electrical Technicians for electrical installation and troubleshooting. All positions require close coordination, teamwork, and strict adherence to quality and workplace safety procedures.
Skills and Knowledge
Applicants should possess relevant experience in industrial construction, oil and gas, or infrastructure projects related to their respective disciplines. QC professionals should have a strong understanding of inspection procedures, engineering drawings, quality documentation, testing methods, and construction standards. Technicians should demonstrate practical knowledge of equipment installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and safe work practices. Rigger Level III candidates should be experienced in lifting operations and load handling procedures.
