Key Responsibilities and Daily Duties
Electrical WPR personnel are responsible for monitoring electrical work permits, ensuring compliance with project safety procedures, coordinating with supervisors, and supporting electrical activities according to company standards. Sabtank Approved SBM/Fire Watch personnel are responsible for monitoring hot work operations, identifying potential fire hazards, ensuring firefighting equipment is available, and maintaining a safe work environment throughout the project. Both positions require adherence to safety regulations, effective communication with project teams, proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE), and immediate reporting of unsafe conditions.
Required Skills, Qualifications, and Experience
Applicants should have previous experience in industrial, refinery, petrochemical, or construction projects. Candidates applying for the Electrical WPR position should have practical knowledge of work permit systems and electrical safety procedures. Applicants for the SBM/Fire Watch position must possess Sabtank Approval, which is mandatory. All candidates should be physically fit, responsible, safety-conscious, and capable of working efficiently under project deadlines. Good communication skills and experience in industrial environments will be considered an advantage.
