Key Responsibilities and Daily Duties

A Pipe Fitter is responsible for interpreting isometric drawings, blueprints, and piping layouts before beginning installation work. Daily responsibilities include measuring, cutting, beveling, assembling, aligning, and installing pipes, fittings, flanges, valves, and related equipment according to project specifications. The Pipe Fitter ensures that piping systems are correctly positioned and securely installed before welding or testing activities begin. Additional duties include checking dimensions, preparing materials, inspecting completed work, maintaining tools and equipment, and working closely with pipe fabricators and welders to complete assigned tasks on schedule. Pipe Fitters are also expected to follow all safety regulations, wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), maintain a clean work area, and immediately report any technical or safety concerns to supervisors. Strong teamwork, attention to detail, and commitment to quality are essential for achieving project objectives while maintaining safe working conditions.

Skills, Qualifications, and Professional Knowledge

Candidates must possess a valid CWQAP Certificate, which is mandatory for both advertised positions. A valid Ajeer Registration is also required before mobilization.
