E&I Foreman, CS Welder, Scaffolder

The E&I Foreman (Electrical & Instrumentation Foreman) is responsible for supervising electrical and instrumentation installation, maintenance, and commissioning activities on industrial construction projects. This role is essential for ensuring that all electrical and instrumentation work is executed safely, accurately, and in compliance with engineering drawings and project specifications. E&I Foremen play a critical role in coordinating field teams, ensuring productivity, and maintaining quality standards across large-scale industrial projects in Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities and Daily Duties

An E&I Foreman is responsible for supervising electricians and instrument technicians, assigning daily work tasks, and ensuring that all installations follow approved engineering plans. Daily duties include monitoring electrical and instrumentation activities, inspecting completed work, coordinating with engineers and supervisors, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. The role also involves troubleshooting technical issues, maintaining work progress reports, ensuring proper use of tools and equipment, and supporting commissioning activities when required.

Skills, Qualifications, and Professional Knowledge

Applicants should have previous experience as an E&I Foreman in industrial or oil and gas projects. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, instrumentation systems, wiring diagrams, and installation procedures is essential. Candidates should have leadership skills, the ability to manage teams effectively, and a strong understanding of workplace safety standards. A valid Ajeer registration and supporting documents (Iqama, Passport, Medical, Insurance, GOSI, Muqeem) in both original and colour copy format are required. Experience working in major Saudi industrial zones such as Marjan, Jafurah, Ras Al Khair, and Turaif is highly preferred.
