Primary Responsibilities of the Position
The Pipe Fitter will be responsible for reading and interpreting piping drawings, measuring and cutting pipes, assembling piping systems, installing valves and fittings, and ensuring proper alignment of pipelines. Daily responsibilities also include inspecting completed work, performing maintenance and repairs when required, following safety regulations, and working closely with supervisors and other technical teams. Candidates must maintain high-quality workmanship while ensuring all installations meet project specifications and industry safety standards.
Required Skills, Qualifications, and Technical Knowledge
Applicants should have previous experience working as a Pipe Fitter in industrial, construction, refinery, petrochemical, or oil and gas projects. The ability to read technical drawings, use hand and power tools, and perform pipe fabrication and installation is highly desirable.
