Key Responsibilities and Daily Duties
An HSE Supervisor is responsible for supervising daily safety operations, conducting workplace inspections, identifying hazards, and ensuring compliance with project safety procedures. Daily duties include leading toolbox meetings, monitoring permit-to-work activities, investigating incidents, preparing safety reports, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE). The role also involves mentoring safety officers, coordinating emergency response activities, verifying compliance with offshore safety standards, and maintaining accurate safety documentation throughout the project.
Skills, Qualifications, and Professional Knowledge
Applicants must have proven experience in offshore oil and gas projects and hold Aramco Approval for the relevant position. Candidates applying for HSE Supervisor and HSE Officer positions must possess valid NEBOSH, First Aid, Basic Life Support (BLS), BOSIET, and H2S certifications. Applicants for the Scaffolding Supervisor position must be Aramco Certified and also hold valid BOSIET and H2S certifications. All candidates should have valid Iqama, Passport, Muqeem, Body Fitness Certificate, and Chamber Online Registration.
